- 6 Burgers.  TWIST:  Inside a cooler is the ingredient you must use.  Cooler are picked at random.

JOEY B.:  Jalapenos,  TAMRA:  Nectarine.

              WINNER:  Jorge - won an advantage - a special cooler filled with ingredients only he can use.

SECOND CHALLENGE:    Hot Dogs.

- Create 2 Hot Dogs Creations.  The First One is fully loaded dog in a bun and the Second dog served up in a fully unexpected way in 60 minutes.

                         WINNER:  Lee Ann.

                        BOTTOM 2:  Alex & Tamra.

ELIMINATED:  Tamra.

EPISODE #2:  Seafood Spectular.                                                                   5 Left.

START OFF:  The Cooks entered the Backyard.

FIRST HEAT:  Seafood - Lobster Roll.

- Using a 6 Foot Lobster rolls.  Flavor & Toppings should be unique bigf and bold in 30 minutes.

THE JUDGING:

GUEST JUDGE:  Lazarus Lynch, Host of Chopped U.

                      WINNER:  Lee Anne - won the Key Advantage.

- The advantage is a Shiny Cooler which has special ingredients which only Lee Anne can use.

SECOND HEAT:  Seafood Feast.  The Ultimate Seafood Feast.

- Use at least 4 different seafood in 60 minutes.

- LEE ANNE:  Whole Fish, Steamed Clams, Dynamite Oysters and Grilled  Oysters,

- JONATHAN:  Clams, Mussels in Stock, Grilled Snapper and Poached Shrimp,

- JORGE:  Ceviche Tastada, Fish Tacos, Mussel and Claims with Chorizo & crawfish,

- JOEY:  Fried Octopus, Fish with Seafood Pad Talay,

- ALEX:  Linguine with Mussels, & Claims, Grilled Swordfish and Baby Octopus.

START OFF:  The Cooks are already in the Backyard.

      FINAL 4:  Joey, Jorge, Lee Anne & Alex.

FIRST HEAT:  Take the judges on a tropical summer vacation by serving them Tropical Fruit - two way - one savory & one sweet.  Fruit is hidden in a cooler which the cooks mus pick in 1/2 hour.

ALEX - Guava,     JORGE - Banan,  JOEY - Pineapple & LEE ANNE - Mango.

SECOND HEAT:  Each Cook must pick a brochure on summer destination. & prepare an ultimate dinner inspired by your chosen region of the world in 60 minutes.

FIRST HEAT:  Using a Mandatory Toolo - The Skewers!   Kebab Time.

- Make 3 Kebabs:  1.  Kid's Birthday Party, 2.  Game Day Kebab,  3.  Mimosa Brunch Kebab/

TWIST:  No Adavantage but a spot in Final Heat.
